Why Clean Play Spaces Matter to Us

As a mom of three, I want my kids outside climbing, laughing, and making memories on playgrounds that feel safe and welcoming. But too often we arrived at playgrounds that looked dirty, neglected, or poorly maintained.

One day I saw a video of a company cleaning a playground and said to my husband, “We should do that so our kids can actually play on clean playgrounds.”

What started as a passing comment quickly became something bigger. We realized families everywhere were facing the same problem. So we launched The Playground Standard.

We are parents who were tired of avoiding dirty playgrounds, so we built a company that professionally deep cleans them and raises the standard for safer, cleaner play. Because playgrounds should be places families feel proud to visit.

 

And because our kids deserve better.
